# Deposit and Withdrawal

Prodds creates an independent user wallet (the “Prodds User Wallet”) for each user upon registration, providing access to Prodds Predict and Prodds Arena. The Prodds User Wallet allows users to deposit and withdraw assets, such as $RDM and Prodds NFTs, to and from their personal wallets.

{% hint style="danger" %}
Please only deposit supported assets to your Prodds User Wallet. Unsupported assets cannot be processed or returned, and Prodds is not liable for any loss due to incorrect deposits.
{% endhint %}

## Deposit $RDM

Prodds Predict and Prodds Arena are powered by $RDM. To increase your $RDM balance, simply transfer $RDM to your Prodds User Wallet. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your deposit is successful.

## Deposit NFTs

Prodds NFTs unlock exclusive features, such as added prediction protection and the ability to claim winnings.

To deposit an NFT, first check the Deposit Page to confirm that it’s supported by Prodds. Then, simply transfer the NFT to your Prodds User Wallet. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the deposit is complete.

## Withdrawal

All assets within Prodds are securely ring-fenced, ensuring that users can withdraw $RDM and supported NFTs at any time without restrictions. To further enhance security and prevent unauthorized access, Prodds has implemented protective measures, and we strongly recommend enabling 2FA to safeguard your account.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://prodds.gitbook.io/prodds/account/deposit-and-withdrawal.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
