# Predict Slip

The Prodds Predict Slip NFT is issued to users upon making a prediction on the Prodds Predict platform. Each Prodds Predict Slip serves as a digital “predict slip,” representing the user’s participation in a specific prediction pool. These slips are essential for the following reasons:

1. **Proof of Prediction:** Prodds Slips serve as immutable proof that a user has participated in a particular prediction pool. Each slip is tied to a specific prediction event, ensuring transparency and verifiability of user participation.
2. **Claiming Winnings:** Users holding winning Prodds Slips can use them to claim rewards from the prediction pool. The Prodds Slip NFT acts as the claim ticket, allowing users to redeem winnings securely and transparently on-chain.
3. **Additional Utilities:** Prodds Slips may also come with additional utilities or bonuses. For example, Prodds Predict Slips may be eligible for entry into $PRD Supercharger.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://prodds.gitbook.io/prodds/nft-utility/predict-slip.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
